Ibrah Mukibi is an ICT Guru and an International Businessman based in Newyork United States of America (USA). He served as ICT Division Head of the Uganda poor Youth Movement from 2014-2016.
He is currently the Digital Business Director of Public Opinions International a field based firm working towards attainment of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).

On 22nd November 2019, Public Opinions organized The 2019 Uganda Responsible Investment Award (URI AWARD) summit and Award Ceremony and was presided over by H.E Gen Yoweri Kaguta Museveni President of the republic of Uganda and Hon Evelyn Anite minister of state for privatization and investment. It was held at Imperial Royale Hotel Kampala and over 600 CEOs and Business Leaders attended.
The Uganda Responsible Investment Award (URI AWARD) is offered to public and private sector companies or agencies which have made tremendous contributions towards attainment of Uganda Vision 2040 and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).The Award is offered to public and private sector agencies which promote and uphold International best practices and standards as defined in various international protocols and conventions.
