Chief Justice Owiny Dollo,Gen Otema & Acholi Leaders adopt Tentative Program for Burial of Gen Paul Lokech
The Rt Hon Richard Todwongo who is the NRM Secretary General and Chief JUSTICE Owiny Dollo have today 22nd August 2021 convened a meeting of Acholi Leaders and adopted a tentative program for the burial of fallen Inspector General of Police Gen Paul Lokech.
In a meeting attended by Acholi Parliamentary Group and Acholi Elders at Late Gen.Paul Lokech Home in Kitikifumba Zone in Mulawa village in Kiira Municipality, they resolved as follows;
Wednesday,25th,Aug,2021.
The Body will be taken to the Parliament of Uganda for tribute.
Then back to his residence in Mulawa in Kiira Municipality for the Night vigil.

Thursday,26th,Aug,2021.
The body will be airlifted to Acholi Headquarter ( Gulu City) and shall land in Layibi then Procession through the city to Unyama.
Then again will be airlifted to Pader District.
Friday,27th,Aug,2021
Acholi District Council will offer extraordinary joint Full Council meeting to pay the last respect and it will be led by Pader District Council at Papiir Playground.
Then it will follow by Requiem mass at the same venue.
Finally, He will be laid to rest at his home in Papiir,Pader Town Council.
The meeting was chaired by Rt Hon Richard Todwong NRM secretary General with guidance by Chief Justice His Lordship Owiny Dollo Chigamoi ,Gen Otema Charles Awany and Gen Ogik
