Musevei to Simbamanyo former owner; You are a Defaulter, stop wasting my time and tarnishing the good name of Investor Sudhir Ruparelia
Dr Peter Mugerwa Kamya ran to president Museveni seeking for intervention to rescue his building Simbamanyo house which had been taken over by billionaire Dr Sudhir Ruparellia and changed its name to Gender and Labour House.
On 3RD September 2021, President Museveni wrote to the Governor Bank of Uganda directing him to investigate the matter and immediately report to him for his action. This letter went viral on social media and caused excitement in the family and friends of Dr Peter Kamya.
I think we should always appreciate the law and judgment of the court and in any case dialogue is more important than blackmail-Walusimbi Nelson a lawyer to Dr Sudhir Stated.
However the excitement as turned into tear as Museveni write another disappointing letter to former Simbamanyo owner peter kamya telling him to forget about Simbamanyo House.
I have been advised by the Governor Bank of Uganda and Attorney General that simbamanyo house was sold legally since you had defaulted on payment of the loan and you did not deposit the 30% of the loan amount as was ordered by court-Museveni stated in his letter to Dr Kamya Peter the former owner of Simbamanyo house.
The way I see events unfolding, The only person who can now save Dr Peter Kamya is God .
This is the meaning of Business.
