Russian Top Oil Oligarchy Ravil Maganov dead. The top most member of the Inner Ring of Vladmir putin who few days back criticized Russian Invasion of Ukraine
Ravil Maganov, the chairman of Lukoil, Russia’s second-largest oil producer and one of the Russian companies to criticize the war in Ukraine, has died after falling out of a hospital window on Thursday.Billionaire Maganov died after falling from the sixth-floor window of Moscow’s Central Clinical Hospital.
The 67-year-old oil tycoon was being treated for a heart condition, according to the Kremlin. He was the closest Oil oligarchy to Russian President Vladmir Putin and was known as the custodian of Vladimir Putin Secrets. Few days back he criticized the decision of Russian President Vladmir Putin to invade Ukraine in what he described as a botched war.
In a press release, Lukoil attributed Maganov’s death to “a severe illness.” The hospital confirmed Maganov’s passing to Russian news agency RIA Novosti, without disclosing the circumstances of his death. Sources in Moscow say he committed suicide while others say that it was foul play by his enemies.
As the war is going on between Russian and Ukrain, Lukoil Chairman who passed on yesterday expressed “its deepest concerns about the tragic events in Ukraine,” and urging “for the soonest termination of the armed conflict.”

His body was found in the basement of a shaman’s house. Local news reported that Subbotin had been seeking a hangover cure and was poisoned. Two top Gazprom executives were also found dead. Both allegedly died by suicide.
Sergey Protosenya, a Russian oligarch who formerly served as deputy chairman of gas company Novatek, was found dead by hanging in April in a villa in Spain. He was one of the closest to Vladmir Putin and in march 2022,he criticized the Russian invasion of Ukraine..He then ran into exile in spain where he breathed his last. His wife and daughter were also found at the scene after having been stabbed to death.
Just a day after Protosenya’s death, a former Kremlin official, Vladislav Avayev, and his family were found dead with gunshot wounds in Moscow. Avayev had previously worked for Gazprombank, one of Russia’s largest banks. In both cases, the police said they had died by suicide.
